The boorda yeyi foundational symposium was a two-day intensive where we spent a weekend networking with fellow creatives and being introduced to new technologies and ways of working. It was great to hear how other artists approached technology, and how to use technology in meaningful and ethical ways.
This symposium also triggered my interest in Augmented Reality (AR) and how it can be used to explore hidden histories, via Boorloo artist JC, who presented their work on Queer Histories and the Dyke On A Bike XR work.
